The Journey

Hello! I'm Silvio. I'm 59 years old, married to Geane, my princess, and a father of three children, my inspiration to build a better world: Gionathan, David, and Aron. My story is a tapestry of overcome challenges, celebrated achievements, and, above all, a deep and constant transformation. It's this journey of reinvention that has brought me here, with an open heart, to share every lesson learned with you and, perhaps, ignite the spark that will illuminate your own path.

For years, I dove headfirst into the whirlwind of the corporate world. Leading teams, devising audacious strategies, and building expressive results was my focus. I worked in various sectors, but it was at a national giant that I dedicated 16 years of my life, leading almost a thousand people across Brazil. Together, we created projects that seemed impossible, such as an innovative sales methodology and a digital management system that propelled the company to incredible heights. It was a period of intense learning and many accomplishments, but deep down, a voice whispered that something essential was missing. I was so focused on delivering results that, without realizing it, I began to forget myself. And that's when life, with its relentless wisdom, gave me a "big scare."

The Day I Rewrote My Story

It was a seemingly ordinary Sunday in 2017. I was at church, amidst the tranquility, when an overwhelming sensation invaded me. Cold sweat, tingling in my arms, a disturbing certainty that something was terribly wrong. In that instant, a single word echoed in my mind: "end." I was rushed to the hospital. After a series of endless exams, the diagnosis: it wasn't what it seemed, just a severe infection combined with a panic attack. I spent seven days hospitalized. Seven days that became a watershed moment, completely redefining my perspective on life.

Upon leaving the hospital, the world seemed different. I realized, with painful clarity, that I needed to change. It wasn't just a matter of physical health; it was about my existence as a whole. I was on a collision course with my own well-being, and I knew that if I continued like this, time would be an enemy. It was then that, with unwavering determination, I decided to embark on a journey of profound transformation.

With the unconditional support of my beloved wife, and the guidance of doctors like Dr. Ana and Alain, I dived in body and soul into this process. Starting with diet and exercise, I prioritized integrative, functional, and lifestyle medicine; I revolutionized my eating habits; I began a routine of physical activities, and in three years, I saw 24 kg bid farewell to me. But most importantly, far beyond the numbers on the scale, was the renewed vitality, the flexibility I rediscovered, and, above all, a new and vibrant way of seeing life.

This journey taught me an invaluable truth: there are no magic solutions or miraculous shortcuts. What exists is commitment, action, and the courage to want to change. And it was this truth that ignited the flame within me to create LONGEV.US.

I simply couldn't keep all this to myself; I needed to share these discoveries and the possibility of a full life. I believe that:

Where It All Began

LONGEV.US is the materialization of my own experience, an echo of that "scare" that awakened me. I realized that, like me, many people live trapped in a cycle of destructive habits – what I call the "diet of death." And I'm not just referring to what we eat, but how we live: the sedentary lifestyle that paralyzes us, the stress that consumes us, the lack of purpose that empties us, the disconnection from our essence and what truly matters.

I knew I had to act. That's how the first movement, then called "Piloting the Earth", was born, which, over time, flourished and transformed into LONGEV.US. Our purpose, from the beginning, was clear and powerful: "To be together, you and I, mastering the fundamental questions of Longevity, Prosperity, Identity, and Purpose."

A New Perspective on Life

Here at LONGEV.US, our conviction is profound: The key to a full life does not lie in magic pills or miraculous diets. We are incredibly complex beings, created in the image and likeness of God, with the responsibility to take care of ourselves and the world, exercising our free will with wisdom. However, over time, many of us have become disconnected from this vital essence.

Today, we face challenges that drain our energy and vitality: ultra-processed foods, invisible pollution, sedentary lifestyles, chronic stress, sleep deprivation, and social isolation. All of this pushes us into a state of imbalance. But, contrary to what most people think, balance is not the final destination. It is in intentional imbalance that the greatest transformations manifest. It is when we dare to step out of our comfort zone that we grow, evolve, and uncover our true purpose.
